Amenities

Shirts - must be registered by July 20th midnight, Chef prepared meal:  grilled chicken, salads, pastas and desserts, Beer Garden, Massage Therapy, Fitness Vendors, Live Band & Party by the Lake

PARTICIPANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER.  THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS. No refunds on registrations.

Individual Race Fee:  $70.00 by midnight, July 20th - shirt guaranteed OR $80.00 from July 21st - August 3rd - no shirt guaranteed

Team Race Fee:  $115.00 by midnight, July 20th - shirt guaranteed OR $130.00 from July 21st - August 3rd - no shirt guaranteed

Kids Race

Kids Race:  10:15 a.m. Ages 5-7: 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run / Ages 8-10: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run / Ages 11-12: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run

Register by August 3rd, 9:00 am - $20.00

T-shirts to all participants, Medals to all participants presented by area football players, Chef Prepared Lunch
